Wanted : Trivial Pursuit (Board Game) Cards

Well, the title of the post says it all, eh?

I was introduced to this board game in engineering college, a few years ago by a close friend of mine and former quiz team-mate named Vikarna, and its one of those incredibly addictive board games.

I think I like it much more than scrabble for the entertainment value it provides, although the one grouse I have against Trivial Pursuit is that it once you have run through all questions on the cards, there is no fun in cycling through the entire list again, as opposed to scrabble which has multiple re-play value.

For those unacquainted with Trivial Pursuit, here’s the wiki link for the same.

For some inexplicable reason, I’ve recently had a resurrection of enthu so far as playing this game is concerned, and I’ve picked up the Trivial Pursuit Globe Trotter edition, which rocks. As a consequence of playing this game, I’ve found out that my knowledge of South America sucks ass.

However, this post is not about how stupid I am, dear reader, for I am sure you’re already aware of that fact.

I wish to know how many of you play this game, and whether you’d be ok with trading Trivial Pursuit question cards (even on a temporary basis). The questions are the only aspect of the game that varies across different editions, and the remaining stuff such as the dice, the wedges and the board are all the same.

The fact that the colour scheme is retained whether it is for the globe trotter edition or the regular GK edition also ensures additional consistency.

So if you’re game for Trivial Pursuit, and want to trade, please to get in touch. Much appreciated. Danke beaucoup.
