Vote for Amit Varma

Amit Varma, of the India Uncut blog fame has been nominated for the 2008 weblog awards under the categories of Best Asian Blog and the Best Political Coverage blog.

While Amit is leading in the former category, it looks like 538 is all set to win a sweeping victory in the latter.

Nevertheless, one can vote once a day until 13th January, and I’d request you all, in what is my second blatant attempt at promotion today to vote for Amit Varma.

PS – The name ‘India Uncut’ somehow reminds me of the South Park movie, ‘Bigger, Longer and Uncut’.
