People are Stupid (part 1)

People are inherently stupid.

Unless they have incentive to act otherwise, of course.

I think Scott Adams used these precise words in one of his books, not sure which one, but I think it was in ‘The Dilbert Principle’.

Anyhoo, I’ve ranted enough about morons on the planet, and how they make me feel good about myself when I am down and out.

This particular article I wrote in jest about Ramalinga Raju fleeing to Pakistan to avoid being prosecuted was featured in Churumuri, and the lovely comments written in response to that have cracked me up.

Read through some of them, such joy they provided me.

To: Gururaj, Ashok, Rajneesh, MM, Bhanu Kishore, Yadhu, Alex and ‘A Human’: You guys rock. Hats off to you.

PS – The part 1 is in hope that many such parts will follow.

  1. thequark says:

    Well it is more about lack of sense of humor (It should be included as the 7th sense, 6th was taken by Shyamalan).

  2. Hari says:

    @thequark,

    True, to a large extent, but on closer examination it is much more than that.

    It is a reflection of illiteracy, or of selective vision loss. Both alarming, and quite scary if you ask me.

  3. Sangeetha says:

    You find many such retards in Hyderabad nowadays. There are posters on walls and traffic lights singing praises of Raju and requesting people to stand by him. Heights of idiocy, I say!

  4. Hari says:

    @Sangeetha,
    like the title of this post says, people are stupid.

  5. Roshan says:

    Well, I dont know why people are supporting him, but i do know that they aren’t doing it without some reason….there is always a reason behind every action, so if you, whoever you are, are oblivious to that reason don’t go and call them stupid….no human can be competely stupid (there are exceptions ofcourse…but very few..)

  6. Roshan says:

    Sorry this was meant to be a reply to Sangeetha….

  7. The DC says:

    Hari you are an idiot. BWHAHAHAHAHA

    just wanted my first comment on your blog to be this and i could not find a better article.

    I hope I proved someone’s point.

  8. Hari says:

    @The DC,
    meh. Max.
