Cubbon Park BandStand Article

My piece for Citizen Matters on the revival of the Cubbon Park Bandstand is up and posted under the Heritage and CBD section of the journal.

I for the life of me haven’t been able to figure out what CBD means, but I am sure I’ll kick myself for a simple explanation that it will eventually provide.
