Its been two whole years since I started work in Bangalore.
I was oblivious to this fact until I opened my company inbox to see that I had received a congratulatory email from our HR department for having reached this milestone.
I was also disturbingly oblivious to the fact that today was my salary day.
The focus, I now feel, was on things that were more in the moment.
Its comforting to know that work and money have, atleast temporarily, slipped down on my priority list.
